SPARK: yang/yin

60 minute Yang/Yin flow to tap into the Fire element in the Traditional Chinese Medicine philosophy. Full of chest and shoulder openers, this fiery yoga flow incorporates 45 minutes of the active, solar, yang practice, and ends with 15 minutes to embrace the slow, cooling, yin practice. Energizing, challenging, and opens us to joy, love, and connection.

This class was originally taught via Zoom, through Tula Movement Arts in Bend, OR.
