UNKNOWN: vinyasa

75 minute Vinyasa flow that interacts with the water element in the Traditional Chinese Medicine philosophy. Begin in supta buddha konasana (reclined butterfly pose) and experience a class full of hip and back body opening. The water element helps us to move into and through the inevitable human experiences of fear, darkness, and the unknown, to the other side - where wisdom resides.

This class was originally taught via Zoom, through Tula Movement Arts in Bend, OR.
