60 minute Yang/Yin flow to tap into all seven main energetic centers, from root to crown. This chakra yoga flow incorporates 45 minutes of the active, solar, yang practice, and ends with 15 minutes to embrace the slow, cooling, yin practice. Balancing, challenging, and aligning.

This class was originally taught via Zoom, through Tula Movement Arts in Bend, OR.
