OPPOSITES: yang/yin

60 minute Yang/Yin flow to tap into the Water element in the Traditional Chinese Medicine philosophy. Begin in supta buddha konasana (reclined butterfly pose) and experience a class full of hip and back body opening. This flow incorporates 45 minutes of the active, solar, yang practice, and ends with 15 minutes to embrace the opposite - slow, cooling, yin practice. A dance with polarities: fear/love, hardness/softness, dark/light.

This class was originally taught via Zoom, through Tula Movement Arts in Bend, OR.
