CYCLE: yang/yin

60 minute full body Yang/Yin flow that interacts with the Wood and Metal elements in the Traditional Chinese Medicine philosophy. Starting on your back, this yoga flow incorporates 45 minutes of the active, solar, yang practice, and ends with 15 minutes to embrace the slow, cooling, yin practice. This practices teaches us that all parts of the cycle have a place and space.

This class was originally taught via Zoom, through Tula Movement Arts in Bend, OR.
