DEVOTION: vinyasa

A 75 minute Vinyasa flow class that works towards Hanumanasana - the yoga splits. I recommend two blocks and a strap for this practice. Have fun, find play, jump a little, and land in a place to embrace fear and embody devotion.

This class was originally taught via Zoom, through Tula Movement Arts in Bend, OR.
