ARMPIT SOUP: vinyasa

75 minute Vinyasa flow that interacts with the Wood and Fire elements in the Traditional Chinese Medicine philosophy. Full of shoulder and hip opening, this flow includes fun transitions and an invitation to explore every corner of the physical body.
