PULSE: yang/yin

60 minute full body Yang/Yin flow that interacts with the heart chakra and all five Traditional Chinese Elements. This yoga flow incorporates 45 minutes of the active, solar, yang practice, and ends with 15 minutes to embrace the slow, cooling, yin practice. Flow, breathe, challenge yourself and connect - with self and with the greater pulse of life.

This class was originally taught via Zoom, through Tula Movement Arts in Bend, OR.
