SHIFT: yang/yin

A 60 minute Yang/Yin class that works towards Hanumanasana - the yoga splits. I recommend two blocks and a strap for this practice. This playful yoga flow incorporates 45 minutes of the active, solar, yang practice, and ends with 15 minutes to embrace the slow, cooling, yin practice. Explore shapes and embrace breath.
