In 2015, I completed my 200-hour training in Vinyasa flow yoga at The Breathing Room Yoga and Movement Studio in South Portland, ME. As a result, I decided to leave a career as a registered nurse, and haven’t looked back since. Now with over 300 hours of yoga teaching experience, my classes are primarily breath-movement based, ranging from beginner to advanced, with a focus on healthy alignment.
I also have training and experience in restorative yoga, yin yoga, hot yoga, gentle yoga, and prenatal yoga. I am also a certified in the Roll Model Method, teaching self-massage and deep tissue release utilizing therapy balls.
I believe that above all else, yoga should be accessible to ALL humans, REAL people, ANYONE curious to dive in. The practice brings us to new places, physically, emotionally, spiritually, energetically. Yoga is a path to JOY and RADICAL SELF LOVE.
With roots in New England, I have called many places home, currently residing in Bend, OR with my husband and four kids. I love connecting with other soul seekers, inward journey goers, lovers of life, adventurers, momma-preneurs, and anyone and everyone who wants to start meaningful conversation!
